Head of Transformers Sales

We are looking for an experienced Head of Transformer Sales to lead and grow our clients transformer business.This is a senior commercial role for someone who combines strong knowledge of the transformer market with genuine technical understanding of the product. The successful candidate will know where the opportunities are, understand the customers and decision-makers within those markets, and be able to turn that knowledge into a focused sales strategy and sustainable revenue growth.Alongside developing key accounts and opening new markets, you will lead and develop a small team of sales professionals, providing the direction, technical-commercial support and accountability required to deliver against ambitious growth targets.As Head of Transformer Sales, you will take ownership of the sales strategy and commercial performance of the transformer portfolio.You will identify the most attractive markets, customers and applications for our products and develop a clear plan for penetrating and growing those markets.
