Head of Transformation £55,000 to £60,000 per annum WTE 37 hours per week Farnham, Surrey, with opportunity for hybrid working. Cross site working required. About us Phyllis Tuckwell is based in Farnham and Guildford, and provides bespoke, compassionate palliative and end of life care for people living with an advanced or terminal illness, across West Surrey and North-East Hampshire. Our support teams are pivotal in helping deliver our vital services, ensuring every day is precious for our patients. The role We are excited to be seeking a Head of Transformation to help shape not only major change initiatives, but also the culture, behaviours, and ways of working to enable better long-term outcomes and experiences for patients, families, staff, and volunteers.
