Head of Transaction Finance

SF Executive are partnered with a private equity backed organisation based in Gloucestershire who are seeking a Head of Transaction Finance. Reporting to the CFO, The Head of Transaction Finance will play a key role in supporting the business through a period of change and growth. Initial objectives will be to support the design and roll out of a common ERP solution and amalgamate and simplify the team structure.You will be responsible for the following duties (but not limited to): Lead and manage the transactional finance team, ensuring delivery of efficient and high-quality services across the businessSupport the successful implementation of a new ERP system across multiple sites managing timelines, stakeholders, and change impactDrive continuous improvement initiatives across transactional finance to enhance process efficiency and service deliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise procedures and improve data integrity and reportingEmbed a culture of performance, accountability, and customer serviceSupport integration of newly acquired entities The successful Head of Transaction Finance will be a qualified finance professional (ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA or equivalent) who is an experienced transformation specialist in this field with the majority of the following attributes.
