It involves working closely with country and regional directors, head office teams, external stakeholders and NGOs. This is a full-time senior position, leading on all aspects of training and education for BASC staff, members and stakeholders. You will have a proven track record of delivering positive change within a training and/or education environment, and of implementing strategic targets, with the leadership and resilience skills to galvanise a diverse team.
