As a Therapy Manager you will:
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary therapy team.
- Craft and implement a therapeutic strategy aligned with the organisational vision.
- Innovate and modernise services with a focus on rehabilitation outcomes.
- Represent the organisation externally with bodies like SRM and UKROC.
- Oversee departmental performance, finances, and service improvements.
- Provide professional leadership across therapy disciplines.
- Contribute to shaping a 365-day service to meet residents'' needs.
