It''s a broad and genuinely senior remit covering the core technology estate, information security, a major systems improvement programme and the customer facing digital platforms. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer. The role Lead the development of the global IT and digital capability, meeting or exceeding what the business needs in a secure, compliant, efficient and scalable way Build and deliver a clear global IT plan that delivers value for money Act as advisor to the senior leadership team on all matters of technology and information security Lead and develop a team of senior managers across information security, IT operations, customer technology and IT procurement and vendor management Support and coach the Senior Programme Manager and their team of project managers and business analysts to deliver a global systems improvement programme on scope, time and budget Own the stability and support of the customer facing websites and digital platforms and lead the web technology ..... full job details .....
