Head of Technology - PE-Backed B2B Data and Intelligence Business Remote-first (occasional London) 130,000 + 20% bonus Maxwell Bond has been exclusively retained to find a Head of Technology for a well-established B2B data, insights and subscription intelligence business. Private equity-backed and growing strongly internationally, it''s investing seriously in people, product and technology for its next phase of growth. This is not a back-office IT Director role, and it''s not one for a pure architect either. Reporting to a genuinely impressive Chief Product Officer, you''ll be the commercial technology leader who makes the whole technology estate work harder: owning the core business platforms (enterprise CRM, finance/ERP, Azure/M365), holding a premier MSP and external development partners to account, and treating technology spend as a value-creation lever rather than a cost centre. The wider business has a commercially savvy, stable team with limited attrition, and technology has deliberately been run lean, led through third parties, offshore teams and vendors, which is exactly why this hire matters.
