The successful candidate will be stepping into a thriving conveyancing team with no expectation to bring in new business - work flows consistently through referrals and repeat clients.You''ll be supported by a well-established and friendly team, including a licenced conveyancer, senior and junior paralegals, and a long-serving secretary. The caseload covers the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, and you''ll be expected to bill in the region of £40-50k per month.
