Head of Talent Attraction and Strategic Workforce Development Location: Nottingham Salary: £53,304 - £58,818 per annum Are you a strategic people leader with a passion for attracting exceptional talent, shaping future workforce capability and delivering transformational People systems? We are seeking a talented, ambitious and experienced professional to join our People team as our Head of Talent Attraction and Strategic Workforce Development. This is a unique opportunity to lead organisation-wide talent attraction and workforce planning strategies while playing a pivotal role in the implementation of our next-generation People/HR Information System (HRIS). About the Role Reporting to the Assistant Director of People, you will provide strategic leadership in the design, delivery and implementation of talent attraction campaigns informed by strategic workforce development plans. You will ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time, whilst bringing innovation, creativity and commercial insight to our recruitment and resourcing approaches. You will also lead the scoping, procurement and implementation of our new HRIS, ensuring it delivers improved automation, enhanced candidate and employee experiences, stronger data insights and greater organisational efficiency.
