You''ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract, develop and grow talent, building the skills and leadership capability needed to deliver our ambitions and support our colleagues to thrive.Reporting to the Director of People, you''ll shape and deliver an integrated approach to learning, talent and workforce capability.
