to lead our hiring strategy, develop people operations, and foster a thriving team environment.This strategic and hands-on leadership role involves building high-performing teams, creating effective people processes, and maintaining our position as an exciting place to work in the creative industry.Responsibilities include:
Leading all hiring processes from planning to onboardingPartnering with leadership for workforce planningBuilding a pipeline of top talent across various rolesImplementing inclusive recruitment processesManaging freelance hiring and external partnersPeople Operations and Development:
Overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviewsSupporting employee growth and career developmentCreating HR policies for a remote-first cultureIntroducing tools and initiatives for team engagementAdvising senior leadership on people mattersCulture and Experience:
Supporting initiatives that promote creativity, inclusion, and collaborationOrganizing team experiences and wellbeing activitiesGathering employee feedback to improve work practicesShaping benefits offerings in collaboration with leadershipSkills and Experience:
3+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in a creative or digital agency2+ years in HR leadership rolesExperience in scaling recruitment functions and teamsKnowledge of people operations, performance management, and employee relationsStrategic thinker and hands-on executorProficiency with HR tools (e.g., Workable, BambooHR, Notion, Slack)Excellent communicator and relationship builderPassionate about inclusive workplacesProblem solver with attention to detailFamiliarity with TikTok or creative industries is a bonusAdditional Benefits:
