Head of Talent Acquisition - Permanent - Hybrid - £80,000 to £90,000We are currently recruiting for a Head of Talent Acquisition to join a leading company. Managing an internal team, you will have responsibility for both corporate and volume hiring across a multi site environment.This is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite 3 days a week and reports to the Chief People Officer.What you will be doing:Manage, coach and lead a high-performing team focused on delivery excellence and continuous improvement. This role encompasses both talent acquisition as well as on-boardingLead on workforce planning activity and drive proactive planning conversations across the companyAct as a strategic advisor to the CPO and wider leadership team, including leading on all senior hiringDrive employer branding initiatives across all channels, industry networks and communitiesEnsure the right systems and compliance are in placeWhat they are looking for:Proven experience in a similar leadership position where you have led talent acquisition teams across both volume and corporate hiringExperience working in a multi site environmentA strategic thinker who is confident and credible to operate at a senior levelWell versed in recruitment ..... full job details .....
