Head of Talent Acquisition / Head of Recruitment
We are working with a well-established and growing engineering consultancy, and they are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition / Head of Recruitment to join the business ASAP. This is a hybrid working role 2 days from home and 3 days in the office. The role would be ideal for a seasoned Senior Talent Professional who has experience supporting the business in a high growth period, by identifying and hiring top talent across the UK and US regions at all levels of the organisation. Strong system skills are essential with proven experience across ATS and AI-enabled hiring solutions. This role will encompass leading on recruitment across all areas of the business, including engineering, sales, central service teams, IT and Tech, for all levels from entry to c-suite. The company has ambitious growth plans over the next 2-3 years, and this role is pivotal to ensure growth and meet the international strategic goals and overall business plan. Reporting into the Senior Directors and leading a small international recruitment team, the role will be responsible for the effective delivery of the recruitment strategy and budget, overseeing all recruitment activities, including talent mapping and employee retention.
