Morson Talent is excited to be partnering with a growing business based in Leeds to find a Head of Talent Acquisition and Compliance. This is a permanent opportunity, Monday-Friday. You will be responsible for overseeing the Recruitment function, be leading on matters of compliance to ensure diligent recruitment processes are followed, as well as contributing to long term strategy. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide general support, mentorship, and direction to the recruitment department Ensure compliance is maintained throughout all hiring processes, partnering with Management throughout the organisation to achieve this Contribute to and lead on recruitment projects, as well as ensure a viable and sustainable long-term strategy is in place for current and future hiring needs Monitor the recruitment team to ensure continuous improvement and maintain achieving targets, providing feedback to senior leadershipPartner with senior leadership to understand business needs and devise an effective recruitment strategyOversee and support in end-to-end recruitment processes Maintain consistent awareness and knowledge of UK employment laws relevant to hiring Liaise with external partners and stakeholders of the organisation, as requiredMonitor time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and compliance metrics.Ensure an excellent candidate experience is administered throughout the team in each hiring process Personal Specification: Experience gained through working in a ..... full job details .....
