Head of Sustainability | Permanent | Remote | up to £90,000 ?Are you a senior sustainability leader wanting to take a step up and lead future of energy and decarbonisation strategy?Background in driving strategy change for businesses on their journey to net-zero?PT Renewables is partnered with a forward-thinking and fast-growing Sustainability Consultancy seeking a Head of Sustainability to lead and scale their Energy and Sustainability team.This isa brilliant opportunity for an experienced leader with a proven track record in energy management, decarbonisation, and sustainable transformation.The RoleAs Head of Sustainability, you will set the strategic direction for the consultancy’s Energy and Sustainability services, ensuring best-in-class delivery for clients across multiple sectors.This is a senior leadership position that blends strategy, technical expertise, and people leadership.You will:Define and lead the consultancy’s sustainability and decarbonisation offering.Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of energy and sustainability specialists.Build and maintain senior client relationships as a trusted strategic partner.Oversee the delivery of complex energy audits, carbon reduction roadmaps, and bespoke net-zero strategies.Ensure compliance with ESOS, SECR, and other regulatory frameworks while driving innovation in sustainable practices.About YouSignificant experience in energy management, decarbonisation, or sustainability consultancy.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (ESOS, SECR, net-zero commitments, ISO 50001).Proven success in leading teams and developing people.Commercial acumen with experience shaping services and growing client accounts.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.BenefitsUp to
