Head of Supported Housing Salary: From £56,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week Job Type: Permanent Location: Manchester / Liverpool, with travel across the region Role Summary: BRC are currently recruiting for a Head of Supported Housing to lead the operational delivery and development of a growing Housing and Support service across the North West. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced housing and homelessness professional who can combine strategic thinking with strong operational management. You will have responsibility for service performance, quality, safeguarding, financial management and stakeholder relationships, while leading the continued growth and improvement of supported housing services. The role will play a key part in developing innovative, trauma-informed services for people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage, while building strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities and partner organisations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the operational effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Housing and Support department. Oversee the mobilisation, development and growth of Supported Exempt Accommodation services. Lead on safeguarding frameworks, processes and compliance. Manage and develop remote teams across the region, creating a strong and high-performing culture.
