Location: Remote, UK-basedSalary: Competitive, depending on experienceRole: Head of Studio – lead Midnite’s internal game studio to build the next generation of mobile-first casino games, including real-money table games, slots, instant win, and free-to-play experiences. Lead the end-to-end creation of mobile-first casino games—concepting, prototyping, production, and live operationsBuild and mentor a talented cross-functional studio team, including game designers, developers, artists, and producersDefine and manage the games roadmap aligned with Midnite’s overall product strategySet creative direction and maintain a high-quality bar across visual design, game mechanics, and UXWork closely with marketing, product, and analytics to optimise performance and player engagementLeverage data and player insights to inform design and iterationFoster a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative culture within the studioDrive operational efficiency while maintaining creativity and gameplay excellenceWhat We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience in mobile games, social casino, or iGamingProven track record of delivering commercially successful game titlesDeep understanding of mobile game economies, monetization strategies, and retention mechanicsExperience leading creative and technical teams within a game development lifecycleExcellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skillsHands-on, startup-ready attitude—comfortable with ambiguity and fast executionIdeally UK-based, but open to remote for the right candidateWhat’s In It For You
