See how to apply below the job description below.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an amazing Head of Student Placements and Wellbeing, is that you?The Head of Student Placements and Wellbeing will be responsible for overseeing the Student Placement and Wellbeing Team at The Mental Health Hub by MeYouWellbeing. This will include being responsible and accountable for the recruitment, onboarding, and management of the UK-wide counselling and psychotherapy students that apply to join The Mental Health Hubs Student Placement Scheme. Your role will be to ensure that the Student Placement and Wellbeing Team are well supported, carefully coordinated and led in an encouraging and organised manner.Qualifications and RequirementsProven experience managing a team of a minimum 3-5 peopleProven experience of student placement/ student enrolment processesExperience working with students of all agesExperience in organised management/developing processesExperience of working with CRM systems, dashboards and other IT systemsA history of working within schools, further or higher education or a commercial environmentOccasional attendance at face-to-face events at universities, schools, colleges and exhibitionsA good communicator and an all round team playerBe warm, empathetic and professionalAttention to detailA passion for mental healthAPPLICATION PROCESSOption 1Apply via LinkedIn Easy Apply
