      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | HEAD OF STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING  SRVO • Hybrid - London  ROLE OVERVIEW This is a rare opportunity to build something of your own. As Head of Structural Engineering, you will define the direction, standards and delivery model for a new structural engineering service line at SRVO, shaping everything from strategy and capability to systems and go-to-market positioning. You will join a growing multidisciplinary service provider and establish a high-performing Structural Engineering Division that complements our building surveying, project and consultancy services. Reporting to the CEO, you will set the technical agenda, win and deliver complex work, and progressively build and mentor a best-in-class team. ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will split your time between leading technical delivery on key projects, developing methodology and QA frameworks, and building trusted client relationships that convert into sustainable revenue. You will create the operating model, tools and templates for scalable delivery while coaching engineers and collaborating closely with our surveying and project teams.
