Head of Strategic Property

I am currently in contact with a client in Berkshire who is looking to fill an Interim Head of Strategic Property focusing on creating a new Strategic Asset Strategy.

The most suitable candidate will have experience in managing a team of asset managers and negotiating large acquisition/disposals contracts.

Responsibilities

• Creating a new Strategic Asset Plan
• Handling JV Contracts
• Disposing of HRAs
• Managing and leading a team

Package

• Contract Length: 6 months subject to extension dependent upon performance
• Rate: Dependent upon experience

• Flexible and hybrid working patterns
