Head of Strategic Marketing

E3 Recruitment is recruiting a Head of Strategic Marketing for a manufacturing business operating within the construction sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to influence the direction of the business, shape its growth strategy and lead its approach to new product markets and sales channels.Reporting directly to the Board, you will establish marketing as a central driver of commercial performance. The role has a strong focus on strategy, market development and identifying where the business can grow, using customer insight, competitor analysis and market intelligence to turn opportunities into clear commercial plans.You will work closely with Sales, Technical, product development and wider business functions, ensuring marketing insight supports decisions across the organisation.
