Head of Solution Delivery - Hybrid

Your new roleWe are looking for interim support within the Head of Solution Delivery function, initially to provide illness cover, support the return to work of the current incumbent, and add capacity during a particularly busy period.This role will involve working alongside the existing head, so we require someone who is comfortable operating in a shared leadership environment and can integrate quickly.Key Requirements:Extensive experience operating at Head of Projects or Head of Solution Delivery levelAbility to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environmentStrong track record in improving delivery outcomes across a portfolioExperience overseeing enhancements and improvements to ERP systemsExperience managing portfolios focused on:- Optimisation of existing platforms- Automation of manual business processes- Early-stage AI initiatives (portfolio structure still evolving)Experience working with SaaS solutions and smaller Tier 2 vendorsWorking Arrangements:Hybrid working approx. 2 days per week in the office (Chorley, Warrington, or Birmingham, in line with the wider team)Occasional travel may be required across the Midlands and North of England (Coventry to DurhamWhat you''ll get in returnc£700 - £750 per dayWhat you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn''t quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion ..... full job details .....
