This will suit someone who has experience of building and scaling teams from 0-1 sitting within a product engineering team. Whilst the team is being built this person needs to be hands-on. Experience Building and managing the following functions with software engineering: Front end, back end, integration''s, mobile engineering. Technology stack: Kotlin multi-platform (KMP), React, Next JS, C#, .NET, Azure Cloud and API / event-driven patterns. You will be required to be a strong senior individual contributor. Building teams from ground up Good with documentation and communication skills. Managing third party suppliers. Managing and dealing with stakeholders.
