In this role, you will: Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of signalling and other rail communications systems on light rail. Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight. Liaise with Network Rail, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, safety regulations, and quality procedures. Support tendering, planning, and resource allocation for upcoming projects.
