Essential Skills: Local authority experience, competency centre, experience of service delivery, including resource planning and performance management.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and operate the Council''s Business Services Centre, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Operational Excellence: Maximise the use of SAP ERP for service improvements and value for money.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, including financial regulations and data security standards.
• Supplier Management: Oversee procurement, negotiation, and effective management of suppliers and partners.
• Change Agent: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
