Leading and supporting Service Managers and their teams to deliver outstanding services.Shaping and implementing strategic goals and growth plans.Representing the organisation with funders, partners, and stakeholders.Driving innovation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.Supporting income generation and funding applications.Deputising for the CEO and contributing to the development of the Senior Leadership Team.What we’re looking for
