Head of Services Development

Salary: £48,289 Hours: 35 hours per week, full time Contract: Permanent Location: Hybrid - 40% office based Start date: ASAP Help us shape the future of our services Suzy Lamplugh Trust is looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Services Development to help us strengthen, grow and develop our frontline services. This is a senior role for someone who can see both the big picture and what it takes to make it happen. You will work across the organisation to ensure our services have the funding, infrastructure, systems, partnerships and performance frameworks they need to deliver for victims and survivors. You will help identify opportunities for growth, secure funding, mobilise new services and make sure that our existing provision continues to be high-quality, sustainable and responsive to need. You won''t directly manage frontline delivery. Instead, you will provide the strategic and operational oversight that enables our services and senior service leads to succeed. What you''ll be doing As part of our senior leadership, you will: Shape and grow our services - identifying opportunities, developing new approaches and leading the mobilisation of new and redesigned services. Secure their future - leading and contributing to bids, tenders and multi-year funding proposals and building strong relationships with commissioners and funders.
