You have been identified as someone who may be interested in this opportunity. New Haw, Surrey (on-site) with occasional travel across Surrey and beyond. The Eikon Charity works to improve the lives of children, young people and families, providing services that support their wellbeing and help them overcome challenges. We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Head of Services to provide strategic and operational leadership across our services for children, young people and families. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader with experience in youth services, education, social care or a similar setting to shape service delivery, develop teams and help drive positive outcomes for young people and families across Surrey. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping the charity''s future direction, ensuring our services remain safe, effective and impactful while identifying opportunities for development, innovation and sustainable growth.
