About the Role To oversee the operational delivery of all contracted services, including planning, setting and monitoring performance against objectives, quality standards costs, and ensuring alignment with contracts and service specifications. To prepare service contracts for re-tender process and ensure the organisation is ready for any contract changes in 27/28. To be an active, collaborative and effective member of the Senior Leadership Team and participate in forward planning with the Chief Executive. Work positively and responsively with commissioners and other funders to ensure necessary contracts and agreements are in place for each service and that they are renewed as required and that documentation and proposals are discussed and agreed with the CEO and Finance Manager.
