Head of Services

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Services to lead strategic oversight and the delivery of service contracts, currently Wellbeing and PCN services, SMI Facilitators and Safe Havens for Andover Mind. About the Role To oversee the operational delivery of all contracted services, including planning, setting and monitoring performance against objectives, quality standards costs, and ensuring alignment with contracts and service specifications. To prepare service contracts for re-tender process and ensure the organisation is ready for any contract changes in 27/28. To be an active, collaborative and effective member of the Senior Leadership Team and participate in forward planning with the Chief Executive. Work positively and responsively with commissioners and other funders to ensure necessary contracts and agreements are in place for each service and that they are renewed as required and that documentation and proposals are discussed and agreed with the CEO and Finance Manager. Coordinate audits and other systems and procedures to monitor, review and report on performance and the effectiveness of services, their outcomes, impacts and outputs. Production of regular contract monitoring and reports on performance to commissioners and other funders. To act as Deputy Safeguarding lead to the Manager NandM Hants Safe Haven who is the Safeguarding lead.
