Head of Service - Operations Manager - Public Health Health & Wellbeing Services, Nottinghamshire-

This is a new-opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare business to join as Head of Service for their health and well-being services across Nottinghamshire.-

You will be a passionate, driven and knowledgeable community health/public health leader with solid management experience and the ability to think both strategically-and commercially. This is a fast-paced, varied role with a range of successful health improvement services, including weight management & physical activity, falls prevention, smoking cessation, and more.-

You will be leading the development and performance management of the service, building and developing the teams, and establishing relationships and partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.-

As well as managing the service operations, you will manage quality & compliance, monitor and manage performance against KPIs and contractual arrangements, act as a key representative and spokesperson outside of the organisation, and act as a role model and inspiration to the teams.-
