NonStop Care are working with Children''s Residential Service that are seeking a full-time

Head of Service/Responsible Individual

in the West Midlands. You will lead 7 homes including EBD, LD and solo placements.

The ideal candidate will be compliant with Ofsted to become the Responsible Individual and will have in depth knowledge of residential regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic oversight and leadership across the childcare residential services.Support and develop Registered Managers to deliver high standards of care and leadership.Undertake the role of Responsible Individual under Ofsted registration, ensuring compliance and governance.Maintain effective working relationships with Ofsted, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
