      <description>Location: Loughton | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Head of Service - Reddo Reddo is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Head of Service to lead our next stage of growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced children''s services leader who can combine strong operational management with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset. You will work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team to:   Lead and strengthen day-to-day service delivery   Develop our team, systems and processes   Drive quality, safeguarding and performance   Build strong relationships with local authority commissioners   Support new business and the mobilisation of new contracts   Help shape Reddo''s future growth and development   We are looking for someone with experience in children''s social care and local authority commissioning, strong leadership and commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for building and improving services.
