Head of Service - Nottingham City Services Location: Heathcote Building, Nottingham Salary: 39,755 per annum FTE Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Temp to perm (initial 3 months) Working Pattern: Office based initially, with up to 2 days working from home available after successful completion of probation Red Snapper Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Service to join a specialist organisation supporting women and children affected by domestic violence and abuse. This is a senior leadership position, working closely with the Director of Operations and overseeing a team of 4 Team Managers. The successful candidate will play a key role in the strategic and operational management of frontline services, ensuring high-quality support, strong performance and effective partnership working.
