This role is working 30 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of clinical services. Work with the divisional leadership team to deliver operational performance against national and local targets. Lead on service planning, transformation, pathway redesign and continuous improvement. Oversee operational performance, quality, safety, workforce and financial objectives. Develop and implement recovery plans where performance or service delivery requires improvement. Lead workforce planning, recruitment, retention, talent management and succession planning. Provide leadership and support to managers and multidisciplinary teams across the Care Group. Work collaboratively with clinical teams to support patient flow, discharge planning and effective use of resources. Ensure appropriate staffing levels, skill mix and workforce planning across services.
