Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to senior service managers and service managers. Drive service improvement and ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery. Lead performance, governance, and compliance across the service. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve service objectives. Support and oversee transition services where applicable. Manage resources, budgets, and workforce planning effectively. Attend Lancashire offices at least 2 days per week. Person Specification Significant experience as a Head of Service or in a senior leadership role within Adult Social Care.
