Lead on social work standards, service quality, CQC readiness, workforce wellbeing, recruitment and retention, ensuring services deliver positive outcomes for residents and meet all statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and promote high-quality social work practice across Adult Social Care services. - Drive quality assurance, audit, improvement activity, and CQC preparedness. - Lead workforce development, recruitment, retention, training, and wellbeing initiatives. - Represent Adult Social Care at local, regional, and national forums, promoting best practice and innovation. - Lead strategic service planning, performance management, budget oversight, and transformation programmes. - Develop effective partnerships and contribute to the delivery of corporate priorities and improved resident outcomes. - Lead the development and implementation of policies, strategies, and frameworks that support statutory compliance and continuous service improvement. - ..... full job details .....
