This high-impact, strategic new role is designed to transform, align, and harmonise our provisions across our vibrant campuses.We are looking for a changemaker with a proven track record of leading dynamic SEND teams, someone who is genuinely innovative and ready to drive SEND reform. In this role, you won''t just manage processes-you will work alongside the Director of Student Progress to lead a cultural shift across the college. You will collaborate with colleagues to implement the latest SEND reforms, placing HSDC at the forefront of educational inclusion.As our College SEND Lead, you will provide expert clinical and operational leadership, ensuring an empowering, seamless progression pathway for high-needs learners while maintaining top-tier statutory compliance.You will inherit and manage a highly experienced multi-disciplinary team spanning our Havant and South Downs campuses.
