Location Colchester HQ - National roleSalary: 65,000 and 5000 car allowance or company vehicleWorking Hours 37.5 hrs a week (the need to support on-call escalations and night shift operations will need to be considered within these hours as necessary)Reporting To: Associate Director OperationsOakpark Security, a well respected and recognised leader in the security services space is seeking a Head of Security to join their team on a full time basis. Within this role, you will be the strageic leader of this area, ensuring success and client satisfaction.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead a 24/7 National security Operation ensuring full SIA and ACS compliance, and customer first service delivery via a team of direct report Operation Managers.Ensure team direct reports work to and align with group values, policies and processesComplete budget and PandL accountability. Managing cost control and business pipeline. Experience in managing the strategy and budget responsibility of a 10m+ budget is necessaryEvidence of motivational, strong and consistent leadership and interpersonal skills, demonstrating high integrity with ability to present to Board level and C-suite ExecutivesAbility to be based at the Colchester HQ at least twice a weekTo lead the business growth strategy, within the agreed annual group sales budget covering all Security and related services.To lead and support the tender process of ''Retention'' opportunities of existing businessTo monitor and mange the levels ..... full job details .....
