Head of Security

Catch 22 are recruiting for an experienced Head of Security to join a prestigious Central London site on a temporary basis for approximately 3-4 months.About the role: From £24.04 Per Hour (Depending upon experience)Central London (Site based)3-4 month temporary contractMust have SIA Security Licence The successful candidate will lead security teams, manage risk and compliance, and ensure the highest standards of security safety are maintained across the site.Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic and operational leadership for the on-site security functionManage and support the security teamOversee incident management, investigations and reporting processesEnsure compliance with all security, health and safety and legislative requirementsReview and enhance security policies, procedures and risk assessmentsAct as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholdersMonitor service delivery against agreed KPIs.Produce reports, performance data and recommendations for senior stakeholders Requirements: Extensive experience in a senior security management or Head of Security roleStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent stakeholder management and client-facing abilitiesStrong understanding of security risk management, compliance and best practiceSIA Licence essentialAbility to start at short notice or immediately ..... full job details .....
