      <description>Location: High Wycombe | Salary: &amp;pound;55000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum | Type: Permanent | A well-established SEN School in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced and committed Head of School to join its leadership team. This Head of School position offers the opportunity to provide strategic and operational leadership across the school, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, safeguarding, behaviour, attendance and pupil outcomes for children and young people with additional needs.  The successful candidate will work to implement the school''s vision and improvement priorities. The Head of School in High Wycombe will lead and develop staff, monitor pupil progress, promote an inclusive school culture and ensure that all pupils receive the support and opportunities they need to achieve their potential.  The school caters for pupils with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Speech, Language and Communication Needs, ADHD, SEMH, Moderate Learning Difficulties and additional complex needs.
