Head of SAP DeliveryField Based Salary range between £85,000 and £95,000 per annum, car/car allowance plus 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits including cycle to work schemeAbout the Role As the Head of SAP Delivery, you will be the ultimate custodian of project execution, client relationships, and risk management. You will ensure that complex, multi-year digital transformation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while instilling absolute confidence in potential and existing customers through powerful project governance and thought leadership on delivery excellence. As part of your key responsibilities you''ll:Direct and mentor Programme Managers and Project Managers in managing daily tasks, budgets, and complex RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies).Oversee the traffic control function to optimally match consultant skills to project timelines across the entire SI.Function as the gatekeeper for solution quality, managing QA managers and specialised Test Automation Consultants utilising tools like Tricentis or UiPath.Oversee Organisational Change Management (OCM) and training initiatives to facilitate smooth user adoption and train-the-trainer programs for S/4HANA environments.Present our delivery frameworks, QA methodologies, and de-risking strategies to senior stakeholders during the final stages of the sales cycle.Host webinars ..... full job details .....
