Head of Sales Gift and Lifestyle ProductsSalary: 55,000 to 65,000 + package + pensionLocation: South West England (Hybrid)A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales to join a growing, design led consumer products business with an established reputation across the UK and international markets.This is a key leadership role with responsibility for driving sales strategy across both existing and new business channels. The business has built a strong presence within the gift and lifestyle sector and is now looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead the next phase of growth, with a particular focus on developing relationships with major garden centre groups alongside retail, distributor and international partners.This role would suit a commercially minded Head of Sales with experience in gifts, toys, homewares, stationery, seasonal products or similar consumer goods categories.The RoleAs Head of Sales, you will:Develop and deliver the UK and international sales strategy.Lead and grow relationships with key garden centre groups, national retailers and distributors.Identify and secure new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.Manage and develop key customer relationships to maximise long term growth.Work closely with product development and marketing teams to support successful product launches.Represent the business at customer meetings and industry trade shows.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify ..... full job details .....
