What You''ll Do: Lead and develop the UK andamp; Ireland sales team, enhancing capability and performanceDrive strategic sales initiatives across EPC and Oandamp;M marketsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansionBuild and maintain long-term client relationships through expert engagement and networkingRepresent the company at trade fairs and industry eventsReview and negotiate complex EPC and Oandamp;M contracts with legal and technical teamsGuide the team in delivering commercially competitive and technically sound proposalsCollaborate with senior leadership to align UK sales with European growth strategy Must-Have Experience: Proven experience negotiatingEPC and/or Oandamp;M contracts-this is a non-negotiable requirementBackground in sales, project management, or procurement within the renewable energy or infrastructure sectorStrong understanding of commercial risk allocation, performance guarantees, and contract structuresExperience leading or mentoring teams, with a passion for ..... full job details .....
