Head of Sales 75,000 per annum + up to 30% bonus, Outskirts of Lewes, Hybrid Working, Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Fridays 8am - 3pm, Permanent, 21 days Holiday + BH + Christmas shutdown + birthday off, Car Allowance, Pension, Private Health Insurance, Laptop, Mobile Phone, Free Parking. The RoleAn excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales to join a successful and growing consumer products business operating within the health, beauty and lifestyle sector. Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the senior leadership team, the Head of Sales will take full responsibility for UK sales performance, leading commercial strategy, managing two field-based National Account Managers, and driving profitable growth across retail and distribution channels. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on account management responsibility for a major UK retail customer and offers the opportunity to influence the future growth and direction of the business. Key responsibilities include:Develop and deliver the UK sales strategy to achieve revenue, profit and market share growthIdentify and secure new business opportunities across existing and emerging channelsLead, coach and develop two National Account Managers to maximise performanceManage a major UK retail account, including business planning, negotiations and relationship managementTake full ownership of UK sales budgets, forecasts and commercial performanceMonitor customer profitability, trade spend and ..... full job details .....
