Head Of Sales (UK) Offering Circa. £80,000 - £85,000 Basic Salary plus Car Allowance, 20% OTE and Great Benefits Our client is an established and well-respected manufacturing company based in Yorkshire. Currently recruiting a Head of Sales to spearhead their sales division, to develop and execute a sales strategy for the UK markets in line with business objectives. Leading a team that nurtures existing client relationships whilst identifying new client prospects in new and existing markets. The core function of the Head of Sales is to deliver strong team leadership, supporting both individual and team development and growth opportunities. Head Of Sales Key Responsibilities Develop and contribute to the business strategic plans, to drive revenue and growth through new business opportunities in new and existing markets whilst expanding existing customer accounts to maximise growth potential. Lead and develop a high performing and forward-thinking sales team. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts. Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership. Represent the companies values in and outside the workplace. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions with the sales team to provide feedback, address challenges, and recognise achievements.
