Head of Sales Worcester Office based (c.3 days per week) plus UK and international travelBase salary of £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience, plus OTE (%), company car/car allowanceThe OpportunityThis is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building and developing a high-performing commercial function.You will inherit an established sales team, work closely with an experienced marketing function, and manage a healthy pipeline of both inbound and outbound opportunities.
