This is an exceptional opportunity for someone seeking genuine autonomy, significant long-term equity potential and the chance to create and lead a business in one of the world''s largest software markets. Our client specialises in providing software solutions into the legal sector and is now seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial and self-sufficient Head of Sales with legal sector (ideally law firms) software sales experience to lead the launch and growth of its commercial operation across the United States. This is a unique role for an experienced software sales professional or leader who thrives on building from the ground up and wants genuine ownership over an entire GTM function. With a small presence in America already, you will be responsible for developing and executing the US sales strategy, generating new business, building key customer relationships and heavily aiding in the growth of our client. There is also plenty of opportunity in the UK market to target, however the USA is initially the priority. You will be attending exhibitions and trade shows across the US so they are seeking someone with a desire to travel. As the US business scales, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company''s long-term commercial direction, with the opportunity to join the business as a co-founder and build out the wider US operation.

Required:

• 5+ years’ experience in legal tech sales (ideally sold into law firms)
• Adept at hunting new business and leading the GTM function
• Proven track record of winning new logos

Beneficial:

• Worked in a sales leadership capacity in legal tech
• Comfortable targeting the US market and travelling when required
• A stable career record
