to lead our sales strategy, inspire our teams, and drive revenue growth.The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading both our in-house telesales function and outsourced field sales teams. This is a hands-on leadership role where you\''ll set the pace, coach and motivate teams, and ensure sales performance exceeds targets. Lead, coach and motivate telesales and outsourced field sales teams to deliver exceptional performanceDrive sales growth by setting and achieving ambitious revenue targetsMonitor performance daily, using data and insights to optimise sales outputEnsure sales teams are equipped to identify opportunities, build strong customer pipelines and deliver promotional campaignsWork cross-functionally with marketing and operations to align sales with business objectivesManage and enhance customer feedback loops to strengthen customer experience and inform messagingEvolve sales strategies to maximise results across different customer segmentsWhat We''re Looking For
We''re seeking a
commercially astute, motivational leader
with:Proven experience leading telesales and field sales teams, ideally in broadband or telecomsA strong track record of exceeding sales and revenue targetsExperience managing outsourced sales functions to strict performance standardsExcellent coaching, negotiation, and closing skillsData-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionOutstanding communication and stakeholder management abilitiesDesirable
Knowledge of the broadband sectorUnderstanding of the Scottish market, especially rural communitiesExperience embedding positive company culture in sales teamsQualifications
