The venues are designed to be welcoming, social environments that foster community, whether customers are playing recreationally or competitively.The Role This newly created position will focus on generating income through corporate and private events, tournaments, and brand partnerships, while also supporting broader revenue optimisation across memberships, pricing, and secondary spend.The role combines hands-on delivery with strategic input, working closely with leadership and venue teams to build a scalable and commercially successful events function.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of corporate and private events and manage the full pipelineSecure tournaments, competitions, and repeat bookingsDevelop and deliver sponsorship and partnership opportunitiesOversee event planning and execution across multiple sitesSupport pricing and revenue optimisation across memberships and ancillary spendContribute to sales strategy, reporting, and CRM managementCandidate Profile6+ years'' experience in sales, partnerships, or eventsProven track record of delivering revenue targetsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProactive, hands-on, and commercially drivenExperience in sport, leisure, ..... full job details .....
